Sleeping in makes me more tired. Anyone notice this? On normal work days I get up at 6:10 but on Monday's I don't have to work, I sleep til 7 and take T to work at 7:20. That extra 50 minutes of sleep makes me so tired I can barely crawl out of bed. Don't ask me what that's all about. Thrown off routine perhaps. Either way, I feel like I could sleep for 10 hours right now.
I have some exercise plans today and homework plans. Sounds like an awfully exciting Monday doesn't it? I finally got the 30 day shred so I can see what everyone loves (and a few don't love) about it. I'd like to do it for 30 days but I'm realistic and know that probably won't happen. I'll give it my best go though. I might go for a run with the BFF today. I really hope it's raining like it's supposed to because it was 35 degrees all weekend (95 F) and I'm ready for some cooler weather, especially if I'm going to run.
I definitely have a bunch of reading to do for my course due at the end of August. I actually did some this weekend (I know, I'm impressed too) but I have much much more to do. Since I really don't have time to get another extension, I actually have to suck it up and do it this time. *sigh* Did I mention I'm ready for this stuff to be done already!?
Alright, must go drag my butt out of bed. Seriously - could sleep all morning!
Happy Monday :)

P.S. T just brought me oatmeal and strawberries in bed. Seriously? I love this man.

I only notice I'm more tired if it's a significant amount of time I've slept in late (not 50 mins!) :)
ps- I'm glad you put the temp in farenheit, or I would've thought you were complaining about 35F being too hot ha ha
I notice extra sleep makes me more tired too!
oatmeal in bed???? sounds like a keeper :)
